Grandmaster Amit Bhargava is the Secretary General, Chairman Tech. Committee, Executive Member and International Affiliations Incharge of the World Hupkwondo Council and Chairman Tech. Committee, Chief Instructor & Chief Examiner of Hupkwondo Federation of India. He is also the Chief of Asian Hupkwondo Union. He is one of the few International Mixed Martial Arts Grandmaster Instructors from India. Grandmaster Amit Bhargava is the Asia Coordinator for International Sports Martial Arts Committee (ISMAC) and also for World Martial Arts Committee (WMAC). Apart from being an International Grandmaster Instructor, he is Grandmaster Level in Hupkwondo and Master Level in Taekwondo. He holds records both in Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records. Grandmaster Bhargava has been associated with the martial arts field for more than two and half decades and is well versed in martial arts forms of Hupkwondo, Taekwondo, Karate, Choi Kwang Do, Muay Thai, Unarmed Combat and Street Self Defense. He is the only Indian Instructor to have trained the U.S Marines. He has been associated with the Expatriate Community in India since 1996, and has been a teacher to students from different Embassies in India. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Haily Exports Pvt Ltd, a company that caters to the needs of tens and thousands of Martial Artists in India and abroad for requirement of martial arts equipment.
